摘要
总结了2018中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会(ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018)上国内外喷气织机的发展现状及技术进步。对比分析了国内外喷气织机的车速、品种适应性、节能降耗、智能制造等方面的发展。认为:在织机车速和品种适应性方面,国产喷气织机已取得长足的进步,但在节能降耗及智能制造方面与国外先进水平尚有一定差距。最后为国产喷气织机的研发提出了一些参考建议。
The development status and technology progress of air-jet loom at home and abroad in ITMA ASIA + CITME 2018 were summarized.The development of air-jet loom at home and abroad in the aspects of loom speed,variety adaptability,energy saving & consumption reduction,intelligent manufacturing and so on were compared and analyzed.It is considered that domestic air-jet looms has greatly improved on the aspects of loom speed and variety adaptability.However,there is still a gap compared with foreign advanced level in energy saving & consumption reduction and intelligent manufacturing.In the end,suggestions are put forward for domestic air-jet loom development.
