摘要
探讨了纬向尼龙高弹面料在喷气织机上织造的生产技术,通过调整引纬参数,使用后拉伸装置,调整上机工艺等方式研究总结出了尼龙面料在喷气织机上织造的关键工艺,解决了纬向尼龙高弹面料纬纱回弹所造成的纬停、纬缩、缺纬等问题。从生产情况来看,喷气织机车速超过600 r/min,织造效率超过92%,成品质量接近剑杆织机。可见,喷气织造比剑杆织造降低了成本,缩短了交期,提高了喷气织机的适应能力。
The production technology of weft Nylon high elasticity fabric on air-jet loom is discussed.Through the weft insertion parameter adjustment,the use of post-stretching device and the adjustment of weaving process,the key adjustment process of weft nylon fabric in air-jet weaving is summarized,and the problems including weft stop,weft shrinkage and weft missing caused by weft resilience of weft Nylon high elasticity fabric are solved.According to the production situation,the speed is over 600 r/min,the efficiency is over 92%,and the quality of the finished product is close to that of the rapier loom.It is considered that the cost of air-jet weaving is lower than that of rapier weaving,the delivery time is shortened and the adaptability of air-jet loom is improved.
