摘要
本文测试分析了单孔辅助喷嘴的流场特性,首次提出了单孔辅助喷嘴射流的不对称性;还测试分析了多个喷嘴气流合成的流速分布以及影响喷气织机气流合成的主要因素。此处,讨论了有关降低气流合成波动率问题。
Unsymmetrical air injection is firstly proposed for the auxiliary nozzle with single aperture by way of analysing the behaviours of flow-field; the paper also studies the speed distributions of air flow injected from varied nozzles as well as main factors effecting flow composition of air-jet loom. Problems are also discussed for the control of fluctuations of flow composition.
