摘要
把市场营销理念引入大学生就业领域,有其客观的需要。大学毕业生的就业,必须发挥其自我营销的策划能力,包括在对就业市场调查研究的基础上,对目标市场战略和市场营销4P策略的有效运用,其目的是促进毕业生自身素质和竞争力的提高。同时,营销观念的增强也有利于树立毕业生服务社会的责任感。
It is necessary for the college students to bring the idea of Marketing into their job-hunting.To find a good job,the graduates must market themselves effectively,by making best use of the strategy and 4P theory based on the survey of job market.This will then improve their own quality and sharpen their competitive edge.Overall,developing the sense of marketing will help the graduates improve their responsibility while they are working for the society.
