摘要
热电偶是温度测量系统中最常用的传感器之一.通过实际应用中的典型案例,从理论上剖析了热电偶自身、补偿导线、二次仪表等环节在测温过程中产生误差的原因,提出了提高热电偶测温精度的相应对策,以达到为生产过程的温度正确、准确测量提供理论指导的目的,有一定实际意义.
Thermocouple is one of the most common sensors used in temperature measuring system.Through the practical case,this article analyzes theoretically reasons of error generated in the temperature measuring process from thermocouple itself,compensating conductor,the secondary instruments,etc,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve the accuracy of thermocouple measuring,in order to provide theoretical guidance for testing temperature correctly and accuratly for the production process.The article is of practical significance.
