摘要
本文根据光纤自身热辐射能随温度变化的原理,研究了由微弱光信号检测与放大、微机数据处理几部分组成的光纤温度测温系统。在350~1200℃范围内,其测量精度达±1%,分辩率为1℃。
This paper presents a temperature Measuring system of optical fiber based on the change of thermal radiation energy of optical fiber itself with the temperatures, It consists of several parts: the probe of optical (?)iber, amplification of weak light signal and datum procession of microcompu ter. In the range of 350-1200℃, the system accuracy is 1%, sensitivity is 1℃.
