摘要
本文在分析热电偶测温特点的基础上,指出了冷端温度补偿是实现高精度热电偶测温不可忽视的关键技术,并着重分析了用集成温度传感器精密测量冷端温度的电路及实现补偿的方法,由此,可大大提高测温精度。
In this paper,it has been pointed out that the compensation for reference-pole temperature of themocouple is the key technique of temperature measurement with high precision.The paper put emphases on researching the technique of the compensation and designing the circuit to precisely mesure reference-pole temperature with integrated temperature transducer。Therefore,the measuring precision can be made very high。
