摘要
对传统煤矿通风机系统运行现状进行研究,针对数据监测的信息化改造需求,采用组态软件逐层对监测平台进行开发。设计了温度、电参数、振动、负压、风量、喘振等数据监测及报警功能单元,实现了分块查询、显示各历史数据图形和集成输出报表等功能。并建立了可靠的Access数据库,对关键数据可进行无限时存储与查询。系统的投入运行,实时输出可靠的监测数据,达到了集中采集、管理的信息化改造目标,也可为后续调控的实施提供强有力的数据依据。
The operation status of traditional coal mine fan system was studied,and the monitoring platform was developed layer by layer with configuration software in view of the information transformation requirements of data monitoring.The monitoring and alarm units of temperature,electrical parameters,vibration,negative pressure,air volume,surge and other data were designed,and the functions of block query,display of historical data graph and integrated output report were realized.The system has established a reliable Access database,which can store and query key data within any time range of system operation.The system put into operation,real-time output reliable monitoring data,completed the goal of information transformation of centralized collection and management,also provided a strong data basis for the implementation of subsequent regulation.
