摘要
老旧小区改造是提升居民幸福感的民心工程。文中从宜居角度出发,探讨了金塘老旧小区改造,并从照明、路面、绿化、垃圾回收、大门改造等方面,提出相应改造措施,以达到改善老旧小区居住环境的目的,并为其他老旧小区改造工程提供范例。
Renovation of old residential areas is a popular project to enhance residents'happiness.From the point of view of livability,this paper discusses the reconstruction practice of Jintang old residential area,and puts forward corresponding reconstruction measures from the aspects of lighting,pavement,greening,garbage recycling,and gate reconstruction,so as to improve the living environment of the old residential area,and provide an example for other old residential area reconstruction projects.
