摘要
采用稀释滴种法,对奶犊牛直肠内容物中8种主要正常菌群(双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、真杆菌、类杆菌、大肠杆菌、消化球菌、梭菌、肠球菌)进行定性和定量分析,将所得结果进行统计学处理,得到奶犊牛直肠8种主要正常菌群的对数均值.犊牛出生6h后可检测到大肠杆菌、类杆菌和梭菌;12h后,8种菌群全部检测出来,并以大肠杆菌、梭菌为优势菌。随着厌氧菌大量增殖,需氧菌和兼性厌氧菌逐渐下降,1周后形成以乳杆菌、双歧杆菌为优势菌群的微生态区系.8种细菌的数量随饲草采食量增加呈下降趋势.断奶后1个月完成定植,此时直肠的优势菌是双歧杆菌、真杆菌,为7~8logCFU/g,然后依次为乳杆菌、梭菌7logCFU/g,类杆菌、大肠杆菌、消化球菌6logCFU/g,肠球菌5logCFU/g.
It is
carried out with the method of diluting dripping and planting to make qualitive and quantitive
analysis on eight kinds of bacteria f rom contents of rectum in milk calf.The results are treated
in Statistics and th e eight kinds of main normal Microbial frora logarithmic average value are
obtai ned.The results show that Escherichia coli,Bacteroides and Clostridium can b e
examined 6?h after birth.All the eight kinds of main normal Microbial frora, Escherichia coli
and Clostridium as the dominant Microbial flora,can be examined 12?h after birth.The
aerobic bacteria and facultative anaerobic bacteria are de creasing gradually with the
multiplication of anaerobic bacteria, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium are the dominant
Microbial frora on week after birth. The number of the eight kinds of main normal Microbial flora
is decreasing with the increment of forage after weaning,it is about thirty days for the main
Micro bial flora to fix planting in rectum of milk calf.Meanwhile,the eight main norma l Microbial
flora logarithmic average value respectively are as follows: Bifido bacterium and
Eubacterium are 7 8?log?CFU/g; Lactobacillus and Clo stridium are 7?log?CFU/g;
Bacteroides,Escherichia coli and Peptococcus are 6?log?CFU/g; Enterococcus is
5?log?CFU/g.
