摘要
从健康水貂肠道粘膜及内容物分离出3株菌株,编号为B1、B2和B3。对所分离菌株进行纯化培养、形态学观察、革兰氏染色及生化试验鉴定。初步鉴定结果表明:B1、B2为脆弱拟杆菌,B3为多形拟杆菌。药敏试验显示分离到的菌株对头孢拉叮、二甲嘧啶、硫酸红霉素、阿莫西林、硫酸庆大霉素、多粘菌素不敏感,对硫酸链霉素、氧氟沙星、头孢噻肟敏感。本试验为毛皮动物专用微生态制剂的研制奠定了理论基础。
Three bacterial strains were isolated from the healthy mink intestinal mucosa and contents, named respectively as B1, B2 and B3; Purified culture experiments, morphology, Gram stain test and biochemical identification experiment were conducted. Prelimi- nary identification results showed that: B1 and B2 belonged to Bacteroides fragilis, B3 belonged to Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron. Sus- ceptibility test results showed that the isolated strains were not sensitive to cephradine, sulfamethazine, sulfate erythromycin, amoxi- cillin, gentamicin sulfate, polymyxin and were sensitive to streptomycin sulfate, ofloxacin, cefotaxime. This experiment provided a the- oretical basis for further research of dedicated probiotics on mink.
