摘要
采用稀释滴种法 ,对奶犊牛直肠内容物中 8种主要正常菌群 (双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、真杆菌、类杆菌、大肠杆菌、消化球菌、梭菌、肠球菌 )进行定性和定量分析 ,将所得结果进行统计学处理 ,得到奶犊牛直肠八种主要正常菌群的对数均值。犊牛出生 6 h后可检测到大肠杆菌、类杆菌和梭菌 ;12 h后 ,8种菌群全部检测出来 ,并以大肠杆菌、类杆菌和梭菌为优势菌。随着厌氧菌大量增殖 ,需氧菌和兼性厌氧菌逐渐下降 ,1周后形成以乳杆菌、双歧杆菌为优势菌群的微生态区系。 8种细菌的数量随饲草采食量增加呈下降趋势。断奶后 1个月完成定植 ,此时直肠的优势菌是双歧杆菌、真杆菌 ,为 7～ 8(log CFU/ g) ,然后依次为乳杆菌、梭菌 7(log CFU / g) ,类杆菌、大肠杆菌、消化球菌 6 (log CFU / g) ,肠球菌 5 (log CFU / g)。
It is carried out with the method of diluting dripping and planting to make qualitive and quantitive analysis on eight kinds of bacteria from contents of rectum in milk calf.The results are treated in Statistics and the eight kinds of main normal microbial flora logarithmic average value are obtained.The results show that Escherichia coli,Bacteroides and Clostridium can be examined 6 hours after birth.All the eight kinds of main normal microbial flora, Escherichia coli and Clostridium as the dominant microbial flora,can be examined 12 hiours after birth.The aerobic bacteria and facultative anaerobic bacteria are decreasing gradually with the multiplication of anaerobioc bacteria, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium are the dominant microbial flora one week after birth.The number of the eight kinds of main normal microbial flora is decreding with the increment of forage after weaning,it is about thirty days for the main microbial flora to fix planting in rectum of milk calf.Meanwhile,the eight main normal microbial flora logarithmic average value respectively are as follows: Bifidobacterium and Eubacterium are 7～8logCFU/g; Lactobacillus and Clostridium are 7logCFU/g; Bacteroides , Escherichia coli and Peptococcus are 6logCFU/g; Enterococcus is 5logCFU/g.
