摘要
采用定量分析方法,对牧区健康成年羊肠道正常菌群进行了测定。结果表明:拟杆菌数量最高,其次是双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和肠杆菌,各肠段平均对数值分别为8.17±0.39;7.84±0.42;7.48±0.37和7.20±0.34,为绵羊肠道优势菌群;葡萄球菌的数量最低,对数平均值为1.04±0.32。
The normal microflora in intestiual canal of health adult sheep in pastoral area was determined by meaus of quantitative analysis , The results showed that the preponderant microflora were Bacteroidaceal. Bifidobacteria. Lactobacillus and Enterobacteriaceal in order and the average logarithm value of them in different intestinal canal were 8.17 ±0.39,7.84± 0.42,7.48 ± 0.37 and 7.20 ± 0.34, respectively, while Staphylococcus was the lowest microflota and the averagl logarithm value was 1.04 ±0. 32.
