摘要
对国内外大学生工程实践能力培养现状进行了分析,阐述了上海工程技术大学现代工业实训中心的实践教学理念、实践教学模式的构建思路。现代工业实训中心围绕学校培养优秀工程师的育人目标,紧密结合上海先进制造业和现代服务业对高素质应用型创新人才的现实需要,积极搭建学科交叉融合的大平台,形成了以培养学生综合工程素质为主线,强化综合性实践和多样化、多层次的创新性实践的训练模式。
The current status of college students' engineering competence training in China and overseas was addressed in this paper. As a case study, the practical ability teaching concept and education pattern construction of modern industry training center (MITC) of Shanghai University of Engineering and Science (SUES) were introduced. It shows that by linking with SUES' goal of cultivating high quality engineers and to meet the growing demand for high quality, practical and innovative talents by Shanghai, to support its economy transition to advanced manufacturing and modern service business industries, MITC already set up a new training pattern. The new training pattern includes one platform by integration of multiple disciplines targeting at students' comprehensive engineering competence euhivation and enhanced training resource package to support the comprehensive practices to be multi-levels, versatile and innovative.
