摘要
实验观察了自制“健脑益肾冲剂”对臭氧所致脑衰模型小鼠学习记忆的影响及脑组织中过氧化脂质 (L PO) 和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 的作用。结果表明 ,健脑益肾冲剂能明显提高脑衰老小鼠学习记忆能力 ,降低其脑组织中 L PO含量 ,并提高其脑组织中 SOD活性。提示 ,健脑益肾冲剂具有一定的抗脑衰作用。
The effect of brain kidney strengthening medicine on study memory in senile mice modeled by ozone and the change of lipid peroxide(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in brain tissue was observed.The results show that it can clearly improve study memory ability of senile mice,and decrease LPO content and increase SOD activity in brain.So it has certain anti senile effect in brain.
