摘要
目的建立重连口服液中重楼皂苷Ⅰ的含量测定方法。方法采用WatersSymmetry—C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80);流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为203nm。结果重楼皂苷Ⅰ进样浓度为0.127~0.635mg/ml时,与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.95%,RSD=1.32%。结论高效液相色谱法结果准确、简便,重复性较好,可用于重连口服液质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of Pariphyllin Ⅰin Chonglian Oral Liquid. Methods Waters Symmetry-C188 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm) was employed; mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (20: 80); the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results There was a linear relationship between sampling concentration and peak area with- in the range of 0. 127 to 0. 635 mg/ml(r=0. 999 8). The recovery rate was 98. 95%,RSD=1. 32%. Conclusion High performance liquid chromatogragphy can be used for the quality control of Chonglian Oral Liquid because of its simplicity, accuracy and good reproducibility.
