摘要
目的建立重连口服液中重楼皂苷Ⅰ的含量测定方法。方法采用WatersSymmetry—C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5．0μm），流动相为乙腈-水（20：80）；流速1．0ml／min，检测波长为203nm。结果重楼皂苷Ⅰ进样浓度为0．127～0．635mg／ml时，与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9998）；平均回收率为98．95％，RSD=1．32％。结论高效液相色谱法结果准确、简便，重复性较好，可用于重连口服液质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of Pariphyllin Ⅰin Chonglian Oral Liquid. Methods Waters Symmetry-C188 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm） was employed; mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （20： 80）; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; and the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results There was a linear relationship between sampling concentration and peak area with- in the range of 0. 127 to 0. 635 mg/ml（r=0. 999 8）. The recovery rate was 98. 95%,RSD=1. 32%. Conclusion High performance liquid chromatogragphy can be used for the quality control of Chonglian Oral Liquid because of its simplicity, accuracy and good reproducibility.
