摘要
目的:观察西药联合重连口服液治疗成人风热型变异性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选择风热型变异性咳嗽患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂配合重连口服液治疗,两组疗程均为3周。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为83.33%,对照组为60%,两组的临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的肺功能的变化[主要包括用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、呼吸流量峰值(PEF)和用力呼气流量(FEF25%、FEF50%、FEF75%)指标]均较治疗前改善,且治疗组中FVC、FEV1、PEF、FEF25%指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合重连口服液治疗风热型变异性咳嗽患者疗效较好,对肺功能的改善有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ChongLian wind-heat variant cough patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation, while the treatment group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation combined with ChongLian oral liquid solution. The course of treatment in both groups was 3 weeks.Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group. The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Changes in pulmonary function(mainly including forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1), peak respiratory flow(PEF) and forced expiratory volume(FEF25%, FEF50%, FEF75%) in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement of indicators of FVC, FEV1, PEF, and FEF25% in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ChongLian Oral Liquid has very important clinical significance in treating wind-heat variant cough and improving lung function.
