摘要
针对某船用主推进调距桨装置液压系统,建立了系统非线性数学模型,并在AMES-im液压系统专用仿真软件平台上进行了仿真分析与优化研究.即在液压系统设计过程中通过选用不同额定流量的电液比例换向阀,仿真分析系统的动态响应特性,以实现与螺旋桨调距液压油缸的最优匹配,并通过对螺旋桨负荷工况下的螺距比采用PID控制,实现桨叶螺距的精确控制.
The nonlinear model of marine main propulsion hydraulic system of controllable pitch propeller is set up in this paper and the hydraulic system is simulated and revised under AMESim software.That is to say the hydraulic system is studied and designed by mating with different characteristic proportional valve components,so as to the system's dynamic responsibility and stability can be get by system simulation and optimization,making system design more effective.So the propeller pitch can be controlled exactly by using PID control with loading case.
