摘要
船用液压系统中液压执行件的速度特性直接影响设备的功能和效率,如往复式舵机油缸活塞的运动速度将直接影响转舵效率。在设计船舶液压系统时,既要充分满足系统的总流量、工作压力需求,还要考虑尽量减小系统功率设计的冗余量。本文介绍了常见的泵控调速和阀控调速2大类的调速控制方式,并从原理上分析在各种液压调速回路设计时所应注意的重点。
The speed characteristics of the executive parts in marine hydraulic system directly affect the function and efficiency of the equipment,for example,the ram speed of the reciprocating steering gear will affect the efficiency of ship’s rudder.For hydraulic system designing,parameters like flow capacity and working pressure need to be considered,but also the power requirement.This paper introduces several main speed control methods of the hydraulic system,like pump control and valve control,also analyzes the key points in the circuit design from the principle.
