基于模糊PID的双泵变频液压系统仿真分析

摘要 为提升变频泵控液压系统的动态特性及其压力输出性能,将定转速液压泵与变频液压泵相结合组成双泵系统,并且引入模糊PID对系统进行控制。在AMESim/Simulink联合仿真平台中对系统进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:该双泵变频液压系统在模糊PID控制下与PID控制相比动态性能更为优秀,抗干扰能力更强,压力输出更为稳定及时。 In order to improve the dynamic characteristics and pressure output performance of the variable-frequency pump-controlled hydraulic system,the fixed-speed hydraulic pump and variable-frequency hydraulic pump are combined to form a dual-pump system,and fuzzy PID is introduced to control the system.The system is simulated and analyzed in the AMESim/Simulink joint simulation platform.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the dual-pump variable-frequency hydraulic system under fuzzy PID control is better than that under PID control,the anti-interference ability is stronger,and the pressure output is more stable and timely.
