摘要
应用JTopmeret软件建立循环水系统及供水系统仿真模型。结合自编的控制系统程序,对自流式循环水系统试验装置进行仿真分析,验证在不同工况条件下系统的自流能力。研究结果表明:在低速向中速过渡初期,循环水自流所产生的水动力压头,不能满足动力装置的冷却要求,需开启循环水泵;升工况和降工况过程,对于同一个压头,波动水池调节和离心泵调节可以建立起2个不同的平衡点。
For verifying automatic flow capability of system in different states, simulation model of circulating water system, water supply system was built with JTopmeret software, combined with self-edit control system procedure, to analyze experimental equipment of circulating water system of automatic flow. The results show that, at the beginning of low-speed sailing turning to high-speed sailing, hydrodynamic head generated with automatic flow of circulating water couldn′t satisfy the requirement of power equipment, so circulating pump is start-up. Besides, during the process of power rising and falling, the way of adjusting wave-pool and the way of adjusting exterior centrifugal pump could have two different equilibrium points to a same head.
