摘要
针对船用蒸汽动力装置冷凝器的基本原理,利用隐性欧拉法将冷凝器的动态工作过程由一组差分方程来表示,并在Minis通用仿真支撑平台软件的支持下,建立冷凝器的通用仿真模型;并对实际对象进行研究。通过仿真试验的结果和实测值对比,证明此模型具有较好的静态精确度,并且能够真实地反映研究对象的动态特性,能够满足舰艇动力装置训练模拟器开发的要求;同时利用模型进行了冷凝器的故障特性的仿真研究,为装置的故障诊断提供了试验依据。模型具有较强的通用性,通过参数化过程可以方便地移植到不同容量、不同类型的机组上,在电站及动力系统仿真方面具有较好的实用性和指导作用。
A dynamic mathematic model of a condenser is established by a series of difference equations on the basic principium of mass and energy conservation under Minis. Using the model to study the real object, and contrast the simulation results with the parameters of the real equipment, we found the developed mathematic model can meet the development needs of power plant simulator for preferably static precision and dynamic response characteristic. Some typical faults and the feature of variable operation are also discussed in this paper, which provide effective experimental foundations for the power plant fault diagnosis. The model in this paper is a universal one, which can be transplanted to other units with different capability conveniently, and has perfect practicability in the field of power plant system simulation.
