摘要
在现代认知语言学这一范式下,转喻研究呈现出多元化特点。从认知的角度研究转喻主要有三种模式:Lakoff,K vecses等以ICM理论为基础展开的研究;Langacker的认知语法对转喻的研究;以Fillmore等提出的框架理论为基础展开的研究。这三种模式的共同特点是追求揭示转喻的本质,都希望能把语言中纷繁芜杂的转喻现象置于自己的认知理论框架下,从而达到统一解释的目的。
Within the cognitive linguistic paradigm, metonymy is studied from multitudinous perspectives. The paper investigates three representative models among them： metonymy under the ICM theory practiced by Lakoff, K vecses and others; metonymy under cognitive grammar by Langacker; metonymy under framework theory by Fill- more and others. Aiming to discover the nature of metonymy, the three models hope to, in a unified manner, include and explain all the diversified metonymic phenomena.
