摘要
高等职业教育课程必须确立能力本位观,这是现代社会生产技术的发展极其迅速、工作岗位的技术含量增加、责任范围扩大对从业者的职业能力的更高要求;也是当今产业界直接参与职业教育和培训过程,由他们来决定教育和培训的内容和方式的现代社会价值取向,在能力本位课程观中的最好贯彻。因此,转变学科本位的思想,实现高职教育课程模式向能力本位的转换,在与时俱进和有机整合的观念指导下实现课程开发,对于当前建设有中国特色的高等职业教育是十分重要的。
Higher vocational education programs must establish competency-based concept, which is the higher requirements for the practitioner＇s professional competence with the extremely rapid development of production technology in modern society, technical content increasing and the expanded responsibility; it is also the best implementation of modern social values as industry directly involved in the vocational education and training process and determined the content and methods of education and training into competency-based curriculum. Therefore, it is important for us to building higher vocational education with Chinese feature through the change of subject-based thinking, conversion of vocational competency-based education curriculum model under the guidance of times and organic integration.
