摘要 目的:建立赤芍药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:以DiamonsilC18为分析柱,用乙腈-水梯度洗脱,用MS分析可能的特征成分。结果:通过10批样品的分析和对照,标示出9个共用峰,最后通过HPLC-MS定性鉴别出其中的5个化学成分,分别为没食子酸,芍药内酯苷,芍药苷,苯甲酰芍药苷和丹皮酚。结论:该方法可为赤芍药材指纹图谱和质量分析方法的建立提供参考。 AIM:To establish an HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Red Peony Root ( Radix paeonia rubra). METHODS:Ten batches of samples were extracted by 50% ethanol and extract liquor was evaporated to dryness,resolved with methanol. The HPLC analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column with the eluting system of gradient acetonitrile and water. MS was applied to the determination of possible chemical structure. RESULTS:Nine main characteristic peaks were selected from the fingerprint spectrum of 10 batches of samples. Five constituents of which were identified as gallic acid,peoniflorin albiflorin,benzoylpaeoniflorin and paeonol based on the MS spectra. CONCLUSION:The method is valuable for quality conthol of Red Peony Root.
