白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的免疫增强作用 被引量:11

Immunological enhancement of flavones of Oldenlandia diffusa Willd injection on mouse splenic lymphocytes

摘要 为探索自制白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液的免疫增强作用,测定了小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖情况,CD8+T细胞表面活化抗原CD69和CD25的表达以及细胞因子IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ的含量。结果显示,白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液在适当的浓度范围内能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,促进CD8+T细胞活化以及细胞因子IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ的分泌。结果表明,自制的白花蛇舌草黄酮注射液具有免疫增强作用。 To study the immunological enhancement of flavones of Oldenlandia diffusa Willd injection made in our laboratory,the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes,the expression of activation antigen CD69 and CD25 on surface of CD8 + T cell,as well as,the contents of cytokines IL-2,IL-12 and IFN-γ were measured.The results showed that Oldenlandia diffusa Willd injection enhanced the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes,promoted CD8 + T cell activation and improved the secretory of cytokines IL-2,IL-12 and IFN-γ in appropriate concentration ranges.The results showed that flavones of Oldenlandia diffusa Willd injection could enhance immune function.
