摘要
目的探讨中医药治疗厥脱症的主要治法、效果及研究进展。方法查阅国内外文献,汇总近10年中药在厥脱症治疗中的应用。结果中药在厥脱症的治疗中发挥了重要作用,如发挥抗病原微生物及其毒素、免疫调节、改善微循环、改善炎性反应、止痛、适应原样作用,以及兴奋中枢和促进苏醒作用。结论中药抗厥脱症具有极大优势,这为现代医学抗休克的治疗提供了重要思路。
Objective To investigate the main methods,effects and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of syncope.Methods The literature at home and abroad was consulted,and the application of TCM in the treatment of syncope was summarized in the past 10 years.Results TCM played an important role in the treatment of syncope,such as antiviral microorganisms and their toxins,immune regulation,improvement of microcirculation,improvement of the inflammatory response,analgesia,adaptogen,excitation of the central nervous system and promotion of recovery-Conclusion TCM has great advantages in the treatment of syncope,which provides an important idea for the treatment of shock in modern medicine.
