Rac1、缺氧诱导因子-1a、血管内皮生长因子在胃癌组织中的表达和血管生成的关系 被引量:2

摘要 我们采用免疫组织化学方法检测60例胃癌组织和30例正常胃黏膜组织中Rac1、缺氧诱导因子-10((HIF-1a)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,并用CD34标记血管内皮细胞,计算微血管密度(MVD),探讨Rac1、HIF—1a、VEGF与肿瘤血管生成的关系。
