摘要 目的探讨肝癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF表达的相互关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SABC法检测36例肝癌及15例癌旁组织中HIF-1α、VEGF的表达,分析比较其与肝癌组织病理学的关系。结果肝癌组中的HIF-1α及VEGF的表达较癌旁组增强(P!0.01),且肝癌组中无包膜及已转移者HIF-1α、VEGF的表达水平相应较有包膜及未发生转移者高(P!0.05);同时肝癌组织中HIF-α、VEGF两者的表达呈正相关(r=0.62,P!0.05)。结论肝癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF表达可反映肝癌的生物学行为,可作为预测肝癌浸润转移的一项重要指标。 [Objective] To explore the significance and relationship between the overexpressions of hypoxia inducible factor 1 and vascular endothelial growth factor in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. [Methods] The expressions of hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were studied through immunohistochemistry in 36 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and 15 cases of paraneoplasfic tissues. The relationships between these parameters were analyzed. [ Results] The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF were more significant in HCC tissues than that in paraneoplastic tissues (P 〈0.01 ), and especially in non-capsulated HCCs and HCCs with extrahepatic metastasis the expressions were more stronger. The expressions of HIF-1α were correlated with the expressions of VEGF in HCC tissues (r =0.62, P 〈0.05). [Conclusions] The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF can reflect the biologic behavior of HCC, and they are two important indexes for HCC invasion and metastasis.
