小剂量肝素治疗小儿全身炎症反应综合征临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小剂量肝素治疗小儿全身炎症反应综合征临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的86例全身炎症反应综合征患儿临床资料,依据治疗方法随机分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组全身炎症反应综合征持续时间、MODS、死亡率均明显低于对照组,观察组治疗后PT、PTA、D-D、PLT及CRP较对照组均有明显改善,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论小剂量肝素治疗小儿全身炎症反应综合征临床疗效较好,值得推广应用。
