摘要
继续教育质量的好与坏,都与教师自身的素质有非常大的关系。教师在继续教育活动中,教师在认识上存在偏差,继续教育的内容选择与科技进步和学员的岗位要求贴得不紧密,在方式方法上,显得单一,缺乏灵活性和创新性。教师如果能够与时俱进,升华认识,提高自身的素质,注重丰富教学内容,改进教学方法,那么,继续教育的教学质量一定会有较大的提高。
A Quality of continuing education is closely related to the quality of teachers. Problems exist in teachers' continuing education, such as, the divergence of understanding, loose relation between the content of continuing education and scientific progress and teachers' post, monotonous method, lack of flexibility and innovation. If teachers advance with times, improve their own quality, enrich teaching content, and improve teaching method, quality of continuing edueation is sure to improve.
