摘要
本文通过分析高职师资队伍的现状,对高职师资队伍建设提出合理化建议。倡导"以人为本"的教育理念,更新教师的教育观念,引进竞争机制,建立开放的师资管理体制;建立一支结构合理的"双师型"的师资队伍。
By analyzing the actual situation of higher education, this article puts forward some rationalization proposals of teachers' construction: initiate the educational concept of 'take human nature as the foundation'; renew the ideas of teaching; introduce the competitive mechanism; build a open system of teachers' management, and build a well-structured ranks with double-qualified teachers.
