介绍了蚂蚁的营养和药用价值及蚂蚁食品开发现状，讨论了蚂蚁食品开发中的问题和前景，主攻方向是蚂蚁保健食品。
The nutritional and medical value of ants and the general situation of their food exploitation are introduced in this paper. The problems in the exploitation are discussed. In the end, vistas of ant food are also discussed. In the exploitation of ant food, there are many problems, but the vistas are vast. The exploitation of ant food is aimed chiefly at health care foods.
