摘要
根据研究和访谈结果,编制中学生班级集体效能感初测问卷,对194名中学生进行测试,结果用于探索性分析。对1773名中学生的测试结果用于验证性因素分析。159人完成重测,359人同时完成校标检验。探索性因素分析获得获得四个因素:合作、能力、预期和努力,解释了总变异的52.62%;验证性因素分析显示,四因素模型的各项参数达到可接受的水平;量表的内在一致性α系数和分半信度分别为0.878和0.859,重测信度为0.703,采用高峰强等人的集体效能信念量表作为班级集体效能感测量的效标,结果相关系数为0.541。因此,该量表具有较好的信效度,可应用于中学生群体。
According to the results of previous researches and the authors' interview, a primary class collective efficacy for High School Students (CCEI) was made up. The results of 194 high school students getting from CCEI were applied for exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The second sample (including 1773 high school students) resuits were used for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) 0. 159 high school students did CCEI two times within 5 weeks 0. 359 students completed to test criterion validity. Four factors were elicited: cooperation, ability, expectation and efforts, and explained 52. 62% of the total variance ; The results of CFA showed the fitness of the sample data to the original four-factor-model of EFA. The reliabilities of final inventory are 0. 878, the split-half reliability coefficients are 0. 859, and the test-retest reliability is 0. 703. The criterion-related validity was evaluated through Collective Efficacy Beliefs Scale by Gao Feng-qiang. The correlations coefficients are 0. 541. So the results suggest that CCEI has met psychometric requirements and can be applied to high school student's sample.
