摘要
采用分光光度法对白兰地酒的总多酚含量进行测定。结果表明,总多酚含量(以没食子酸计)标样浓度200~600 mg/L,线性关系良好(r2=0.9995),方程式为:Y=0.00086X+0.00567;没食子酸3个浓度水平(40 mg/L、80 mg/L、120 mg/L)的样品平均回收率分别为95.6%、101.70%和97.6%。测得轩尼诗XO白兰地酒中总多酚含量为551 mg/L,RSD为1.31%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可适用于白兰地酒中多酚类物质的测定。
Total polyphenol (TP) content of brandy was measured by folin-ciocalteu colorimetry. The results showed that TP content of standard samples (counted by gallic acid) was 200 -600 mg/L, and the linear relations were good (r^2=0.9995), and the regression equation was Y= 0.00086X+0.00567. The average recovery rates of brandy samples at three different gallic acid concentration (40,80,120 mg/L ) were 95.6 %, 101.70 % and 97.6 % respectively. TP content ofHeneesy XO was measured as 551 mg/L with RSD of 1.31%. The method was simple, accurate and suitable for measuring TP content in brandy.
