摘要 螺旋桨削边技术对改善老旧船的船-机-桨匹配具有显著作用,但通常对螺旋桨削边设计采用半理论半经验的近似估算方法,结果与实船偏差较大。应用计算流体动力学(CFD)的计算方法,对螺旋桨削边进行设计、计算和转速提高值预测的结果与实船十分吻合。 The propeller edge-cutting technology has a significant role in improving the matching between hull- engine-propeller of old ships. However, the design of edge-cutting of propeller usually adopts the semi-theoretical semi-empirical approximate estimation method, which results in larger deviations from that of full-scale ships. By applying CFD calculation. The results of the design, calculation of edge-cutting of propeller and the prediction of rotate speed exaltation value are consistent with that of full-scale ships.
