摘要
通过对亚龙X轮案例分析,发现螺旋桨削边技术不但可以优化船机桨的匹配,而且可以减小因螺旋桨脉动压力偏大引起的船体局部振动。对于因螺旋桨脉动压力偏大引起局部振动偏大的营运船舶,可采用螺旋桨削边技术减小螺旋桨直径,增大螺旋桨叶稍与船底的距离,从而减低螺旋桨表面力和减小船体局部振动。
Through the application in the ship Yalong X, it is found that technical reconstruction of edgecutting of propeller can not only match the ship with paddles, but also reduce local vibration of the ship which is caused by propellers' fluctuating pressure. The technique of edge-cutting of propeller can be applied to the ships with too large local vibration because of too large propellers' fluctuating pressure to reduce the diameter of propellers, increase the distance between the tip and bottom and thus reduces propellers' surface force and local vibration of the ship.
