摘要
松花江流域位于中国东北地区的北部,跨越内蒙古,吉林,黑龙江三省,为了对松花江水域休渔期渔业进行保护,需要新增一艘渔政船舶。本文详细地阐述渔政船的分类,着重分析300吨级渔政船的初步设计方案,根据中国船级社《国内航行海船建造规范》(2018)对船舶设计的规定,完成该船的初步设计方案,为后续详细设计打下坚实的基础。
The Songhua river basin is located in the north of northeast China, across the three provinces of Inner Mongolia, Jilin and Heilongjiang. In order to protect the fisheries in the Songhua river during the fishing moratorium, a new fishery administration ship is needed. This paper elaborates on the classification of fishery administration ships in detail, emphatically analyzes the preliminary design scheme of 300-ton fishery administration ships, and completes the preliminary design scheme of the ship according to the provisions of the code for the construction of domestic sea-going ships (2018) of China classification society, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent detailed design.
