摘要
研究了4-(6-甲氧基-8-喹啉偶氮)-邻苯二酚与Cd(Ⅱ)的显色反应及光度法测定痕量镉的新方法。在OP存在下,碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲介质中,该试剂与Cd(Ⅱ)生成稳定的带负电荷的1∶2的配合物。其最大吸收波长为565nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.68×104L/(mol.cm)。在0.1~1.0μg/mL范围内服从朗伯-比尔定律。显色反应具有良好的选择性,直接应用于环境水样中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。
A new method for the determination of trace cadmium by the spectrophotometric reaction of a reagent 4-(6-methoxyl-8-quinolineazo)-pyrocatechol (MQAPC) with Cd(Ⅱ) was developed. In the presence of the nonionic surfactant OP and in Bicarbonate/Carbonate buffer solution,Cd(Ⅱ) with MQAPC formed a stable,negatively charged,1:2 ratio complex. It has an absorption maximum at 565nm and its appearent molar absorptivity is 4.68×104L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0.1~1.0μg/mL Cd(Ⅱ). The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace cadmium in environmental water with satisfactory results obtained.
