摘要
研究了微晶萘吸附Cd(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP的最佳条件。沉淀分离和洗涤后溶于丙酮,在570nm处吸光光度法则定痕量镉。摩尔吸光系数为2.0×10~`3。10ml丙酮中含0~7μg镉范围内行合比尔定律。方法已用于水中痕量镉的测定。
A new method is proposed for collecting traces of cadmium from aqueous solution by precipitation as 2-(S-bromopyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol complex and adsorption of this onto microcrystall-ine naphthalene.The precipitate is collected and dissolved in acetone, and the cadmium is determined spectrophotometrically at 570nm.The linear calibration range is 0-7g/10ml.Tlie molar absorptivity is 2.0×103.The effect of varying pH, amount of reagent, naphthalene or buffer, shaking and standing time, and interferences have been investigated,The method has been applied to the determination, of cadmium in water.
