利用巯基棉富集分光光度法测定水样中的镉 被引量:3

摘要 研究了在聚乙烯醇和阿拉伯胶共存情况下,罗丹明B和CdI42-的高灵敏显色反应,并对有关反应条件进行了详细探讨.在最佳条件下,罗丹明B和CdI42-形成的缔合物的最大吸收波长λmax=598nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=6.44×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Cd(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~0.092μg/mL,遵守比尔定律.结合巯基棉富集技术,用本方法测定河水水样中镉的含量,结果良好,回收率可达94.8%~101.9%. A new sensitive colour reaction of cadmium (Ⅱ) is described, in which cadmium formed an ion-association complex with rhodamine B and iodide, in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol and gum arabic. The ion-association complex shows a maximum absorption at 598 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 6.44×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1, Beer's law is obeyed for cadmium in the concentration of 0~0.092μg/mL cadmium. Combining with sulfhydry cotton enrichment, the method has been successfully applied to the determination of cadmium in the river water, The recovery rate is 94.8 % to 101.9 %.
