4-(6-甲氧基-8-喹啉偶氮)-邻苯二酚(MQAPC)与铜(Ⅱ)可生成稳定的配合物,配合物的最大吸收波长为580 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.64×104L/(mol·cm),据此用分光光度法测定大米中的铜(Ⅱ),铜(Ⅱ)的浓度在0.1~1.0μg/mL内与吸光度成线性关系.该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.4%,加标回收率为100%~104%.
The chromogenic reaction of 4-(6-methoxyl-8-quinolineazo)-pyrocatechol (MQAPC) with Cu ( Ⅱ )was studied. MQAPC reacted with Cu( Ⅱ ) to form a stable complex which had the maxium absorption at 580 nm, and the apparent molar absorbancy index was 7.64 × 10^4 L/( mol. cm). Spectrophotometry was established for the determination of Cu( Ⅱ ) in rice. In the range of 0.1 -1.0μ g,/mL, the concentration of Cu( Ⅱ ) was linear with the absorbance. The relative standard deviation was 3.4% and the recorveries were 100% - 104%.
