摘要
分析了微机控制逆变式次级整流点焊钳的结构特点及工作原理,介绍了以8031为核心的微控系统进行PWM调制及驱动IGBT,特别是控制器所具有的电极磨损补偿功能,更是该机的一个显著特点。
The structure and operating principle of the inverter-based DC resistance spot welder with microcomputer are analysed.The microcomputerized control system is introduced.In the system,8031 is used as the central control unit.The PWM's modulating and IGBT's driving depend on it.Attrited electrode compensation,a function of the controller,is a obvious feature of the welder.
