摘要
为了提高逆变电阻点焊的控制精度,完善电源的功能,设计了一种基于DSP的逆变电阻点焊的控制电路。该控制电路以DSP芯片dsPIC30F6010为核心,包括多信息检测、D/A输出控制、键盘与LCD显示、I/O接口、故障检测、串行通讯接口等电路。试验表明,该系统响应速度快、控制精度高,实现了多参数的监控和故障诊断。
In order to enhance the contml precision of Resistance Spot Welding and improve its functions,a control system based on dsPIC30F6010 for high precision RSW inverter is desigued.The control system includes the multi-intformation detecting,D/A output contmlling.keyboard inputting and LCD displaying,I/O operating,fault checking,serial communicating circuits and so on.The test results show that the system can control the inverter exactly and rapidly,and realize the multi-parameter monitonng and fault diagnosis.
