摘要
研制了以单片机AT89C51为控制核心的FB-ZVZCS精密逆变电阻焊机,配合UC3846为控制核心的电源,可以完成覆盖焊接全部功能。通过单片机系统的程序设计可以完成点焊循环工作过程,单片机还能对焊接参数进行优化匹配,使焊接电源具有优良的特性。该电焊电源是一种最有效的电阻点焊接控制设备,通过快速参数组合可以达到最佳的焊接效果。
A zero-voltage and zero-current switching (ZVZCS) inverter resistance welding machine is developed,which realizes ZVS for the leading leg and ZCS for the lagging leg.IGBT is adopted for the switching device,the LPC936 signal-chip microcomputer as core of controlling system is used.The conclusion is showed that the power supply is controlled simply,the control precision is high and the control performance is excellent, furthermore all sorts of protecting steps are very effective.
