摘要
本文用计算机数值计算法分析了X型点焊钳扩力机构的扩力系数M随电极头磨损量S的变化关系。结果表明,对于本文所考虑的三杠杆扩力机构,扩力系数M随S的变化曲线近似线性,仅在接近S的允许极限值时,M随S急剧上升。如果将其中特定的杆长增加,则M随S变化的近似线性范围将增加,但M的数值将减小。
In this paper,the relationship between the force-amplification coefficient M of the force-amplification mcchanism of X-pincer spot welding head and wear value S of the clectrode is analyzed by means of numerical computing method.The results show that for the three lever mechanism concerned in the paper the variation curve of M with S is approximately linear,and only when S is near to a limit Sc,does M steeply rise with S.If the length of a given lever in the mechanism is increased,the linear range of the curve of M with S will extend,and the value of M will decrease.
