摘要
将飞机结构材料防护涂层——丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层作为研究对象,在不改变涂层失效机理或者尽量减少引入新的涂层失效形式的前提下,通过对室内外电化学阻抗图谱规律、失光率变化规律和色差变化规律的对比研究,探索有机涂层户外大气曝晒和室内加速试验的相关性。
Taking the protection coating of plane structure material——acrylic-polyurethane hybrid coating as the research object,under the precondition that coating failure mechanism is not changed or introduction of new coating failure form is reduced as much as possible,this paper makes comparative study on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy law,gloss loss rate change law and chromatic aberration change law to explore the correlation between outdoor exposure of organic coating and indoor acceleration experiment.
