1060纯铝腐蚀膏加速腐蚀试验与大气暴露试验相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、拉曼光谱仪和失重法观察分析1060纯铝在腐蚀膏条件下腐蚀行为和腐蚀过程动力学规律,并与之在大气环境下暴露试验作对比,探究其相关性。结果表明,1060纯铝在腐蚀膏腐蚀试验中,腐蚀类型为点蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Al2O3、Al OOH、Al(OH)3的混合物,腐蚀失重C与时间t的方程为C=0.65t0.74,呈幂指数关系;1060纯铝在大气环境的腐蚀过程中,腐蚀类型为点蚀,腐蚀产物与腐蚀膏腐蚀结果一致,腐蚀失重与时间之间关系为幂指数函数关系。腐蚀膏对1060纯铝具有加速腐蚀的效果,且与大气暴露试验之间具有相关性,可作为模拟1060纯铝大气腐蚀的一种加速腐蚀试验方式。 CORR test was carried out on the pure aluminum 1060.Scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer,Raman Spectrometer and Weight loss method were employed to observe and analyze corrosion behavior and the kinetics of corrosion process of pure aluminum 1060 under the corrod-kote,and comparing with the results of the atmospheric exposure corrosion test of pure aluminum 1060 for exploring the correlation between two tests.In CORR test,the corrosion form was pitting corrosion.The corrosion products were mainly the mixture of AI203 ,AIOOH and AI(OH)3.The equation of corrosion weight loss of pure aluminum 1060 vs.time was C =0.65t^0.74.In the process of the corrosion of pure aluminum 1060 in atmospheric environment,the corrosion form was pitting corrosion,corrosion products was the same as the results of the CORR test,the corrosion weight loss and time also assumed the power exponential function.As a result,the GORR test had a corrosion acceleration for pure aluminum 1060.There was a good correlativity between accelerated test and outdoor exposure test.The CORR test could be used to simulating the atmospheric corrosion of pure aluminum 1060.
