摘要
通过室内周浸模拟加速实验,采用NaCl的质量分数为0.5%的NaCl溶液,研究了2A12铝合金在模拟距海点较远处的大气环境中的腐蚀行为及规律.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察分析2A12铝合金表面和断面的腐蚀产物形貌和腐蚀产物结构.结果表明,2A12铝合金的腐蚀以点蚀和轻微的晶间腐蚀为主要特征.480 h后试样表面形成连续、疏松的腐蚀产物膜.主要腐蚀产物是AlO(OH),Al(OH)3和Al2O3.2A12铝合金周浸后的动力学曲线遵循幂函数规律,腐蚀速率随时间的延长动态变化,先增加后逐渐降低.
The corrosion behaviors of typical high-strength aluminum alloy 2A12 in atmospheric environment far from the seashore was investigated by using alternate immersion test with 0.5% NaCl solution.The surface and cross-section morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the products formed on aluminum alloy 2A12 after 480 h alternate immersion were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD).The results demonstrated that aluminum alloy 2A12 was attacked by pitting corrosion and mild intergranular corrosion after various period of time immersed in 0.5% NaCl solution.With the increase of time,the loose and continuous corrosion product film was formed after 480 h alternate immersion.The main component compounds existing in the film include Al2O3·3H2O,Al(OH)3 and AlOOH.According to weight loss measurements,the kinetic for 2A12 aluminum alloy in NaCl solution complies with power rule and the corrosion rate has a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing gradually.
