矾土熟料微观结构与其力学性能相关性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以块状矿石烧结矾土熟料和均化矾土熟料为研究对象,利用XRD、SEM对矾土熟料的物相组成及其微观结构进行分析,研究相同品级不同制备工艺对材料微观结构的影响,讨论矾土熟料微观结构与其力学性能的相关性。研究表明:块状烧结矾土熟料的刚玉晶粒较小,晶界不明显,许多小晶粒相互连接形成网状结构的"大晶粒",杂质相填充在小晶粒构成的网状结构中;均化矾土熟料晶粒较大,晶界明显且宽泛,杂质被均化后均匀分布于晶界中,阻碍了晶粒间的直接接触。这种显微结构特征决定了块状烧结矾土熟料较均化矾土熟料具有更优异的高温性能,而均化矾土熟料常温性能更优。 The sintered bauxite and the homogenized bauxite were researched. The phase composition and microstructure of sintered bauxite were determined and observed by XRD and SEM. The effects of different preparation processes on the microstructure of materials with the same grade and the correlation between the microstructure and the mechanical properties were studied. The results indicate that the corundum grain of bulk sintered bauxite is smaller and the grain boundary is not obvious. Many small grains are interconnected to form " larger grains" with network structure filled by the impurity phase. The homogenized bauxite grains are bigger and the grain boundary is obvious and broad. The impurities are homogenized and uniformly distributed in the grain boundary,which prevents the direct contact between the grains. This microstructure characteristic determines that the bulk sintered bauxite has better performance in high temperature, and the homogenized bauxite has better performance in normal temperature.
